Is there a free tier?
No. We're a small, independent team and a free tier would push us to optimise for the wrong customer. The 14-day trial is genuine: full features, no card, no nag.
What happens if I go over my transcription hours or storage?
A soft overage of £0.05 per extra audio hour and £0.05 per extra GB-month, billed transparently on your next invoice. We never silently throttle you mid-thought.
Can I self-host Unwarp?
Yes — the source is on GitHub and the deploy script is one command. The hosted plans above are what we operate for you; if you want to run your own stack and bring your own LLM keys, you're more than welcome.
Do you do SSO / SCIM / SOC 2 / Enterprise?
No. We're built for a founder's credit card, not a procurement portal. If you need SSO and a master service agreement, we're probably not the right tool for your company yet.

How does Unwarp Team work for 2+ people?
Unwarp Team has a 2-seat minimum (£16/mo, £160/yr). Add seats one at a time after that. The plan auto-creates a shared Workspace for everyone you pay for — they share the dictionary, topics, meetings, and search there. Each seat still has their own private captures outside that Workspace.
What's a Workspace?
A Workspace is where notes are shared. Unwarp Personal users can create as many as they want and invite collaborators. Unwarp Team customers get a default Workspace baked into the plan — every seat is automatically a member, and the plan owner can invite outside contributors (paid or not) without growing the bill.
